How It Works
We all begin our development journeys from different places. In this consultation, you and your coach will identify your starting point and develop a clear and achievable set of goals to guide your development and growth throughout the program. Whether you choose coaching or not, your unique plan is yours to keep!
If you decide coaching is for you, your coach will set up 12-24 weekly sessions wherein you and your coach will explore your leadership needs and goals and diligently work toward reaching and exceeding them! These sessions are intentionally designed to be developmental and reflective. You are the master of your own success!
